Mobile Telemed

Telemedicine and Virtual Urgent Care Access
Proudly Operating Out of WNY

What Is Mobile Telemed?

Mobile Telemed is a proprietary software developed to bring high-quality care to the patient wherever they may be.

With a combination of video-conferencing, diagnostic equipment and an experienced team of medical providers, Mobile Telemed brings the doctor’s office to the patient.

Whether this takes place in a patient’s home, school, group-home, or a skilled-nursing facility, the patient will be able to access our entire catalog of services.

Services Offered

  • Urgent Care
  • Cardiology
  • Wound Care
  • Oncology
  • Psychiatry
  • Pulmonary
  • Neurology

How It Works

Our Telemed Platform is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and cameras that integrate with our secure software. The patient or nurse would initiate a video call.
A provider would then join the patient in a video call, and use the diagnostic integration to evaluate the patient.
Once the visit concludes, the physician can write a script, order labs, and provide a treatment plan.

75 %

Of all doctor, urgent care, and ER visits could be handled safely and effectively via telemedicine.

7 Million

Individuals were registered for telemedicine in 2018.

Who Is It For?

Our professionals specialize in providing individualized treatment for all ages:
• Children (Ages 3 and older)
• Adolescents
• Adults
• Elderly

These patients may reside in:
• Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Assisted Living Facilities
• Educational Institutions
• Group Homes
• Community Individuals

Elderly and home-limited patients often do not have the transportation or resources to access the Urgent Care or Emergency Departments.
These visits can also be costly. Students and on-the-go parents may not have the time or provider availability for traditional office sick visits, especially in more rural areas.

Benefits

Video-based telemedicine care meet patients’ needs for convenient, affordable and readily-accessible urgent care.
It can benefit patients in a number of ways, such as:
• Improve access to Urgent Care that might not otherwise be available (e.g., in rural areas)
• Reduce the need for time off work, childcare services, etc. to access appointments/emergency vists far away
• Reduce potential transportation barriers, such as lack of transportation or the need for long drives
• Reduce delays in care
• Reduce Costly ER/ED Admissions
• Improved Continuity Of Care and Follow-Up Support

Virtual Urgent Care visits for students can be scheduled during normal school hours in the nurses office. Parents will not need to be present or taken time off work.
