This policy applies to any user of our website or Telemedicine Platform (“Users” or “Patients”), as well as any offline activities such as appointments or phone calls that relate to the use of our website or services.

Our Telemedicine Platform uses a secure video chat feature to connect providers and patients. This data may be securely stored, including your likeness and voice, for historical purposes and medical review.
We may collect data about the usage of our Telemedicine Platform, including IP addresses, operating systems, device, and bandwidth statistics. This information helps us improve our platform.

Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
We use personal information collected via our Services or Apps for a variety of business purposes described below, centered around the delivery of the practice Healthcare Services. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. To facilitate the delivery of medical services to you. The primary use of all data and information gathered is to deliver the healthcare/medical services requested.

To facilitate account creation and recording process. We use the information collected to maintain an account and historical record of medical related information.
